Profile:

Dr Michael Bourlakis is a Senior Lecturer. He sits on the Editorial Board of 5 Journals and edits the International Journal of Business Science & Applied Management (www.business-and-management.org). Michael has received funding from various bodies such as, inter alia, the European Union, the Food Standards Agency, the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. He is a Member of the European Technology Platform “Food for Life” (E.U.) program and a Member of the Academic Committee of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT). He has published more than 125 papers in various outlets.
