PUBLIC & STAFF BOOKING INFORMATION

By post: Printable form here.

Reservations by email/phone can be held for a maximum of one week. Firm bookings can only be accepted when the fee is paid in full.

All courses are open to everyone aged 17 or over. There is a priority booking period for Arts Centre Friends. Click here Friends' Scheme details

Cancellation of course by participant:

Weekly Courses: Credits (less 10%) towards other courses may be considered in case of serious illness, otherwise no refunds will be made.

Other Courses: Fees (less 10%) will only be refunded if notice of cancellation is received THREE FULL WEEKS before the course is due to run.

Cancellation of course by the Arts Centre:

Brunel University Arts Centre reserves the right to cancel courses if the number of students making firm bookings is not viable. The Arts Centre will contact students not less than one week before a course is due to run should this be the case.

In the event of the illness of a tutor, every reasonable effort will be made by Brunel University to find a replacement.
