All our own workAll our own work EXHIBITION 2011 BELDAM GALLERY, Brunel University, Uxbridge Friday 15 April - Friday 17 June 2011 10am-5pm (closed weekends and Bank Holidays) Evening Opening and Prize Giving: Thursday 5 May 2011 April at 5.30pm (closes 7.30pm) CALL FOR WORK Closing Date ? 5pm Monday 28 March 2011 Can I exhibit ? Yes, if your work has been done in an Arts Centre class or course between March 2010 and March 2011 Who chooses ? There is no selection process. You can enter up to 6 items from each course or class you have taken. The Curator reserves the right to reject exhibits in exceptional circumstances, and to select the means of display. How do I enter ? 1. Click here to download an Entry Form. Complete it and and submit it with your work. Each piece of work must be labelled with your name, class and the entry number as they appear on the entry form. Ceramics and sculpture to be labelled underneath, pictures labelled on the back in the bottom right hand corner. Unlabelled work will not be included. 2. If you wish any exhibits to be for sale, give the sale price on your entry form. This must include the 20% Gallery commission (you will receive 80% of the price shown). 3. Sign the form to show that you understand all these arrangements. 4. Hand your work & form either to your tutor during class time or into the Arts Centre Office before 6pm on Monday28 March 2011. Collection after the exhibition: You must collect your work from the Beldam Gallery on Monday 20 June (2-6pm), Tuesday 21 June (2-7pm) or Wednesday 22 June (10am-1pm) Brunel students only: all student work will be held until Monday 3 October 2011 *Uncollected work will be deemed to have been donated to the University* Please do not submit any work that has not been produced at Brunel University Arts Centre. |
