A Strong Sense of Community
A university is a community and, by its nature, a microcosm of the broader society beyond the campus. We recognise that a sense of community needs nurturing and protecting if it is to thrive. As part of the development of this Strategic Plan, we have agreed a set of values to which we will aspire in our day-to-day activities. They encompass the importance of inclusiveness, collegiality and community and will guide us in how we work together and how we achieve our objectives.
Perhaps most important of all, they will help us to build a strong sense of belonging to a community where we can all reach our potential and of which we can all be proud.
