Summary

Dr Angela Ayios' doctoral thesis investigated the determinants of interpersonal trust in east-west joint ventures in Russia. Her trust typology has since been extended in work with Dr Lisa Harris to analyse the operation of trust in call centres. She lectures in business ethics, especially in the international context, and qualitative research methods, at undergraduate, post-graduate and MBA level.
