Summary

Cathrine Seierstad is a Lecturer in HRM. She received her PhD from the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary, University of London in 2011. She also holds a MA in International Relations from University of Warwick and a BA from University of Oslo, Norway. She has previously taught at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary.

Her research interests include gender, equality, leadership, corporate governance and the use of affirmative action strategies. She has published in Work, Employment and Society (forthcoming) and Scandinavian Journal of Management. She has also contributed to various books and edited editions.
