Summary

Ms Farhana Sajjad is a research fellow in the department of Information Systems Evaluation and Integration, at Brunel University. She holds MBA degree from Bahria University Islamabad and MSc. in corporate brand management from Brunel University in London. She is also, pursuing a PhD degree at Brunel University under the supervision of Dr Habin Lee. She is currently working on projects funded by EU 7th Framework, UbiPOL: Ubiquitous Participation Platform for Policy Making and CEES: Citizen oriented Evaluation of Egovernment Services: The reference process model, "People".
