Farouk Missi

Dr. Farouk Missi (BSc, MSc, PhD) is a Part Time Lecturer at Brunel Business School, Brunel University (UK), and a senior consultant in Management Information Systems and IT applications at Active Business Solutions (UK). He is also is a visiting lecture to a number of universities and academic institutions in the UK and overseas. Farouk Missi obtained his PhD from the School of Information Systems, Computing and Mathematics (SISCM), Brunel University, in the area of Information Systems and Computing. Before that, he studied for the MSc. in Information Engineering (Medical Informatics - specialisation) at City University, London. He is the author of numerous articles in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence, Enterprise Applications and Information Systems' implementation, evaluation and strategy. He is a frequent speaker at industry and academic conferences, company seminars and educational programmes. He has a special interest in using managerial decision-making to help top management implement Information Systems and IT Applications. Farouk chaired national and international conference tracks. He is a reviewer and on the editorial board of a number of international journals.
