Summary
Dr. Muhammad Kamal is a Research Fellow at Brunel Business School and currently working with Prof. Zahir Irani. He received his PhD from the School of Information Systems, Computing and Mathematics (SISCM), Brunel University, in the area of Information Systems (under the supervision of Dr. Marinos Themistocleous and Dr. Tony Elliman). His PhD focused on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) adoption in Local Government domain. In addition, he holds MSc's in – Distributed Computing Systems (Greenwich University, London) and Computer Sciences (Punjab Institute of Computer Science [University of Central Punjab], Lahore, Pakistan). In his previous appointment, Dr. Kamal worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant on a European funded research project (Ref: proposal n° 2006/VP021/30137) namely – the REFOCUS (senioR Employees training on inFOrmation and CommUnication technologieS) Project at SISCM with Dr. Marinos Themistocleous and Dr. Alan Serrano. Currently, he is an active editorial review board member for International Journal of Electronic Government Research (IJEGR) and Transforming Government: People, Progress and Policy, at the Brunel Business School.
