Faridah holds PhD in Marketing (area specialisation: Corporate Brand) from Manchester Business School, UK, MSc in Marketing and BSc(Hons) Business & Management from University of Salford, UK. She was formerly a lecturer at the Faculty of Business & Accountancy, University of Malaya, Malaysia. She has written some papers and her publication appears in European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Journal of Brand Management and Corporate Reputation Review.
