WORC has four main areas of research:
- HRM
- Performance at Work
- Social Identity
- Organisational Processes
Current research include the Innovation Collaborative Research Network (ICRN) that focus on Innovation and Well-being at work. The ICRN collaborates with organizations in all sectors on key management areas including, performance and innovation at work, HRM and well-being, leadership styles for innovation, organizational process and human capital, team-level innovation and selection form employee creativity. The ICRN is funded by the Leverhulme Trust Foundation and is based at Brunel University. Its international partners include the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands and Valencia University in Spain.
