Industrial Collaborations and Contract Research

Collaborative research with other academic organisations (Section 4.1) and with industry (Section 4.2) is central to the strategy of the Advanced Bioprocessing Centre. Frequently research with academic organisations is longer term research of a basic science nature as with Professor Christina Minguillon Barcelona University in Spain (Section 4.1.1) where new liquid chiral stationary phases are being developed. Industrial collaborations (Section 4.2) often involve end-use driven applications.
