- BIB's postgraduate students receive extensive support, e.g. in form of courses and special events, from the Graduate School.
- Each discipline has its in-house supporting experimental lab facilities.
- Each student has use of his/her own computer.
- BIB has a number of close associations with consultant staff in both, local and national hospitals.
