Composer, musician, writer, painter, philosopher, medical doctor and the first Director of the new Opera House and Cultural Centre in Cairo, Dr Tarek Ali Hassan (Commandeur, Ordre des Arts et des Lettres)discusses with Professor Peter Wiegold and Oliver Butterworth (Brunel Institute for Contemporary Middle-Eastern Music) his belief in the importance of Mozart, Osiris and Gandhi for all races and all creeds.
