Jean Monnet Series of Workshops on Cross-Border Litigation in Europe
Mihail Danov is a “key academic staff member” in a research project which is led by Professor Beaumont from the University of Aberdeen Centre for Private International Law (See more < http://www.abdn.ac.uk/law/private-international-law/events.shtml >). The aim of the project, which is funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union (the Jean Monnet Scheme), is to promote the debate on how cross-border litigation functions across Europe. In this context, a Jean Monnet series of Workshops on “Cross-Border Litigation in Europe” are being organised. All seven workshops are held in the UK and gather academics from across Europe. Out of these, three workshops take place in Brunel.
