Welcome to Brunel Conference Services

Brunel Conference Services is situated within Brunel University London’s campus and is accessible from the M25, A40, Uxbridge underground station and Heathrow Airport. We are able to facilitate any event type - from a small business meeting to a residential conference. From value to high end, we offer tailor made packages to suit our client’s needs. Our wide ranging facilities are all within a 10 minute walk. Our dedicated Conference team will work closely with you from the initial enquiry to the end of the event to ensure we meet your needs and your event runs smoothly.

Brunel Conference Services is able to offer Single En Suite Rooms during the summer season. The facilities available include:

We believe your events should be unique and personal. We are able to tailor-make any event whether it be value or high end. We facilitate all types of events from proms and weddings to gala dinners or birthday parties. Our coordinators have a wealth of experience and will help our clients every step of the way.

We have 6 areas that are perfect for any social event that can accommodate numbers from 50 to 350 people. Our smaller rooms can transform into a drinks reception area with an attractive balcony feature. Clients are able to hire a function room with a bar that is licensed up until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. We have an extensive catering offer from a finger buffet to a fine dining experience.

The location allows for ample free parking and free Wi-Fi can be provided upon request.

Our conference spaces can facilitate any event from a 15 person boardroom meeting to a 400 person conference. Below is a brief overview of our facilities.

The Hamilton Centre

This hospitality suite offers a 300 seat function room that accommodates lectures, exhibitions, dinners, weddings, proms and other parties. We have an additional 5 rooms that can be used as breakout rooms for a drinks reception or stand alone as a meeting space.

Bishop Conference Suite

This suite consists of 5 fully equipped rooms perfect for boardroom meetings, training sessions or as an interview location. 4 of these rooms are suitable for boardroom meetings hosting up to 15 people equipped with an installed system with projector and screen. 1 of these rooms can be used as an interview room or a waiting area. We also offer refreshments.
