Brunel University offers many avenues for students to explore regarding work experience.

A finance student recently took on a much sought after traineeship at a prestigious bank following a rigorous selection process.

The prestigious traineeship is just one of many offered during breaks and placement years. The student commented "I would encourage all the students to keep working towards their goals. It is very important to believe to yourself and persevere through difficulties"

Corrado Macchiarelli, Lecturer in Economics and Finance gave his thoughts on Brunel’s internship programme

“Traineeship and internship opportunities in high-profile institutions like PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the European Central Bank are extremely important for students to develop a well-rounded career and personality in the future. Brunel’s Economics and Finance department is strongly committed to promoting, encouraging, and rewarding outstanding PGR students, and we are delighted when some of our students get recognition internationally.
