Brunel Open Days and Campus Tours are an excellent opportunity for you to come and meet our staff and students, and see for yourself what the University is really like. We offer a number of opportunities for you to visit Brunel before you submit your UCAS application.

The following events are for students considering entry in September 2013 and onwards.

We want to make sure that you make the most of your visit, so the Open Days are carefully structured to help you find out all you need to know about the University and the courses that interest you. Parents and guests are most welcome to attend.

Prior booking is essential to ensure that everyone can be accommodated within the programme. Timings vary, but will be confirmed when we acknowledge your booking. As a rough guide, the earliest you will need to arrive at an Open Day is 9am and the latest you will depart is 4pm.

All days will include:
  • Welcome and introduction to Brunel University;
  • Tour of the campus and accommodation led by current students;
  • Course presentation;
  • Student life seminar – a chance to grill current students on University life;
  • Finance session.

Wednesday Campus Tours (one hour tour)

Dates: Mid-September to Late-November 2012 (excluding half‑term week)

Half-Term Campus Tours (one hour tour)

Dates: Tuesday 30 October and Thursday 1 November 2012

These are a one hour general tour of the campus including on campus accopmmodation led by current students.

Parking

We have an Open Day car park with capacity for 100 vehicles allocated on a first come first served basis. Once these spaces are full you will be directed to The Chimes car park in Uxbridge town centre.

Disabled Blue Badge Holders

Permits are available for blue badge holders. There are a number of disabled bays available across the campus. Please contact +44 (0)1895 265595 or 265596 to book a blue badge holder permit.

Places to eat

There are many places to eat on campus, including:

  • The More Foodhall Refectory - serving a wide range of hot and cold meals
  • Rococos café
  • Bar Zest (in the sports centre)
  • The University Shop - serving drinks and snacks
  • Or you are welcome to bring your own.

Overnight accommodation

Are you travelling a long distance to visit us? If so, why not stay on-campus in one of our conference suite rooms to save the early start.
