Brunel Direct Debits go paperless
To avoid delays and to save you having to fill in any paperwork, Brunel University now sets up most Direct Debits using Paperless Direct Debit.

Whether you are a student wishing to pay either your Tuition Fees or your Accommodation, a parent or someone else paying on a student's behalf, or a guest staying in University accommodation, you will need to set up a paperless direct debit instruction.
I am a student (or a guest), what do I do?
For Tuition Fees, you will enter your bank account details as part of the on-line enrolment process. For Accommodation, you will enter your details as part of the on-line contract process. (Outside of these processes you may amend details previously entered.) If your parents or someone else are paying on your behalf, it is they who will need to set up the instruction by following the appropriate link on the Brunel University web-site (www.brunel.ac.uk). If they do not have access to the internet they must contact the Student Centre on 01895-268268 to set up the instruction by phone. I am a parent (or someone else) paying on a student's behalf; do I need to do anything different?
Under the rules of the Paperless Direct Debit scheme, only the actual account holder is allowed to set up the instruction; this means the student them self should not enter your bank details. As the account holder, you will be able to access our on-line Direct Debit page via the link at the bottom of this screen. For verification purposes you will be asked for the student's identification number and their date of birth.
Important note regarding Tuition Fees
Please be aware that setting up a direct debit instructions will not in itself result in your tuition fees being collected in this way. You must also ensure that you select the appropriate payment method when you enrol on your course.
