Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. I have already made an application but would like to apply for another course. How?
A1. You need to go to the new course page and click on the “apply online” button. You should use the same username and password that you used when you made your first application. See Q2 below if you have forgotten your username.
Q2. I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
A2. Click on the 'Forgotten Password’ link on the Online Applications login page and complete the security questions. An email will then be sent to your email address (the address you provided during the application process). If you no longer have this, you will need to create a new username by logging in as a “New User”
Q3. I’ve forgotten my username. What should I do?
A3. Your username will have been sent to the email address you provided during the application process. If you no longer have this, you will need to create a new username by logging in as a “New User”
Q4. I’ve submitted my application but I want to make some changes now.
A4. Once an application has been submitted, it is not possible to make changes yourself. Please email email@example.com (home/EU applicants) or firstname.lastname@example.org (international applicants) with your changes, quoting your full name, date of birth and course applied for.
Q5. The formatting of my personal statement has been lost. How can I get this back?
A5. Personal statements that are typed into the online form cannot be formatted. If you want to submit a formatted personal statement, you need to upload a Word document. You can find the upload page at the start of the online application form.
Q6. The information I input into the form using the drop-down menus keeps changing.
A7. Ensure that you click the mouse outside of the drop-down menu box before scrolling down the page using the mouse.
