Postgraduate funding

We are offering over 90 Master’s scholarships worth £10,000 each for UK/EU students graduating in 2015. 63 of these Master's scholarships, comprising a £5,000 bursary and £5,000 fee reduction, are for students who wish to study a full-time Master’s at Brunel. The remaining 30 Women in Engineering scholarships of £10,000 each are specifically for women graduating with a science, technology, engineering or maths degree who wish to undertake an engineering MSc at Brunel. All students must have paid the £9,000 per annum undergraduate tuition fee.

Tuition fee discounts

Brunel graduate discount

Brunel University graduates who register for a postgraduate course or research programme on a self-funding basis will be eligible for a 15% discount on their tuition fees. Brunel graduates may also be able to claim additional scholarships towards postgraduate study: for more information visit our Scholarships, studentships and bursaries page.

Prompt payment discount

Students who are responsible for paying their own tuition fees will receive a 2% discount on their net tuition fee (ie after the application of any other discount) when they pay the full amount at or before the scheduled date of registration.

Taught programmes

If you are following a taught course, you will probably need to finance your own study. You may be eligible for Brunel bursaries, as well as external funding and other support.

Research programmes

Brunel's package includes the academic prizes and other studentships and scholarships. Explore external funding, particularly the Research Councils, as well as other support.

Overseas students

Overseas students often obtain external funding, and may be eligible for Brunel bursaries studentships and scholarships and prizes and other support.
