Research Activity
Main interests are the hydrological cycle of the atmosphere, diagnostic studies of atmospheric processes using observational and model data.
Recently the work has concentrated on the variability of the Caspian Sea level and the last glacial maximum.
2010-2014 Member of the EU-IRSES-CIMSEAS project on “Climate Change and Inland Seas: Phenomena, Feedback and Uncertainties. The Physical Science Basis”
