About your teacher:
Jana Pavanato
I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker from the south of Brazil. I have a degree in Portuguese and English Language and Literature and used to teach Portuguese and English in Brazil until I moved to the UK in 2004. Since then, I have been teaching Brazilian Portuguese as a foreign language at all levels at Canning House, Birkbeck College, SOAS and, since 2010, also at Brunel University.
Teaching is my passion and I always try to present the language in a fun and effective way making use of a wide range of resources, especially songs, to enhance the learning process.
