If you need to speak to us the best thing to do in the first instance is contact us by email. We can provide advice and arrange an appointment if necessary.

If you would like to renew your visa through the batch scheme, and have your completed form ready to be checked and sent, please book an appointment using this form.
You can also come and see us at one of our regular visa sessions, which run on Wednesdays during term time only. You can see details of the upcoming visa sessions on the side of this page.
