The Batch Scheme

About the Batch Scheme

The Batch Scheme is a free 'check and send' service offered by Brunel International. Once you have completed your application you can make an appointment with us, when we will check it and send it to the UK Border Agency (UKBA) for you.

Benefits of the Batch Scheme

The key benefits of using the service are:

  • We can check through your completed application and supporting documents
  • Your application will be sent by Recorded Delivery to the UKBA
  • We will deal with all correspondence on your behalf
  • You application will be dealt with by a special section of the UKBA, which usually means it will be processed faster and they will usually contact us about minor errors rather than rejecting the application automatically
  • We will store your passport and new visa securely until you can come and pick them up.
  • Our service is completely free! (you still have to pay for the visa application fee).

What to remember when applying through the Batch Scheme

These are the key points to remember when using the Batch Scheme:

  • Be sure to watch the how to renew your visa videos before starting to complete the application form, as they contain important and very helpful information
  • Leave any parts of the application form that refer to a correspondence address blank. However you must still fill in a home address
  • We will only accept application forms that are complete, and filled out in black ink and BLOCK CAPITALS
  • Once you have completed the application form and collected all supporting documents, please contact us to arrange an appointment to submit your application
  • We will only accept payment by Postal orders. These can be bought at any Post Office.
  • At certain times of year we may not be able to offer appointments. These times will be advertised in advance on the website.
  • You should aim to drop off your application with us at least 2 weeks before your visa expires.
