Social and academic life in Brunel University

Brunel University is one of the most famous universities in London. There are many students from different nationalities. The university offers a lot of facilities for students including a large library which contains many books and CDs on different subject areas that are easy to access. Brunel also has a number of restaurants which provide a wide range of food. The university really respects students from different countries and cultures, for example they provide Halal Food and also vegetarian meals. Brunel also provides a number of computer labs where the students can easily access the internet and they also offer free connection to the internet in all the accommodation.

Studying at Brunel University has been such a great chance for me. I have gained a lot since I came to study here. The staff are very helpful and offer support quickly if needed. One of the most interesting things is the trips that they organise for the students to different places in London. I enjoyed joining these trips a lot because they gave me a chance to explore and learn about historical places, and other new things. I also enjoyed the social meetings that the IPLC organised for international students. They gave me chance to meet new students from different countries and learn more about their culture and traditions. It is really a great chance that helps students to develop not only academically, but also socially and culturally.
