Student traineeships for incoming students

Brunel University London hosts Erasmus+ students for traineeships at our London campus.

In order for you to take part in an Erasmus+ traineeship at Brunel University London, you must first contact the relevant department and find a supervisor in the subject area to request that they consider your proposal.

You should enclose your CV and include a brief outline of your proposed area of work or interest. Traineeships are not co-ordinated centrally and are at the discretion of the receiving department or division.

The academic supervisor at Brunel is responsible for completing all the required Erasmus+ paperwork (i.e. Learning Agreement for Traineeship and pre-registration).

Once the traineeship is approved by both Brunel and your home university, Brunel's relevant department or college administrator will send you an online application form for you to complete and submit, via the e-Vision portal.

You will need to complete and submit the online application at least two months prior to the planned start date of your traineeship.

Once your traineeship has been accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter with a Brunel ID number and will be able to apply for on-campus accommodation should you wish to.

Please email exchanges@brunel.ac.uk for all general enquiries relating to Brunel's Erasmus+ activities.
