Brunel University has a legal duty of care toward children and vulnerable groups receiving an education at the University.
A child or young person is any person under 18 (U18)
A vulnerable adult is a person aged 18 or over who is or may be unable to take care of him or herself, or unable to protect him or herself against significant harm or exploitation.
