Your accountHow do you know I want information sent by email? During Janaury you will be sent a preference letter/email from the Accommodation Office. This will ask you to provide your email address which the Accommodation Office will use to send you instuctions about accepting your Tenancy Agreement online. Alternatively, contact the Accommodation Office by email with your email address and preference details. Make sure that you are entering your password correctly. Your password always starts with a letter followed by numbers, for example B1234567. The length of the password isn't a set number and is not case-sensitive. Your allocation emailI haven't received my allocation email - when will it be sent? If you have provided the Accommodation Office with an email address you will receive an email with details of how to accept your allocation online. This email also contains details of your Brunel Student Number and a password, along with a web address. You should expect to receive your allocation email after you have fully meet the conditions of your offer. Students waiting for A-level results will receive the email between mid-August and the beginning of September. If you already hold an Unconditional Firm place at the University you will receive your email during June/July. Your Tenancy AgreementHow do I accept my Tenancy Agreement? Once you have received your allocation email you will be able to access the log-in page. Enter your Brunel Student Number and password, and your Tenancy Agreement will appear with details of your allocation. You must read both the Tenancy Agreement and the Residences Regulations before you can accept your allocation. Once you click 'accept' you will immediately be sent a confirmation email containing details of what you are required to do on arrival day. If you wish to see or print a copy of the Tenancy Agreement later, this can be done by re-entering your details on the log-in page. Your deposit must be paid by the deadline date stated on your Tenancy Agreement to secure your allocation - without this payment, your allocation will be cancelled. I have accepted my Tenancy Agreement online - how do I get a copy of it? Once you have accepted your Tenancy Agreement you can view it and track your acceptance by re-entering your details into the log-in page. What happens after I have accepted my Tenancy Agreement? After you have accepted your Tenancy Agreement, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. This will contain details of what you need to do to secure your accommodation, and information regarding arrival day. If you re-enter your details on the log-in page you will be able to find information about when you accepted your Tenancy Agreement, a copy of the Agreement and details of when you paid your deposit. Your accommodation confirmation emailI didn't receive my accommodation confirmation email - what should I do? If you didn't receive your confirmation, email the Accommodation Office and we will be able to provide you with a copy of your arrival information. Cancelling your accommodationHow do I cancel my accommodation? You can cancel your accommodation by filling in our online cancellation form. This involves entering your Brunel Student Number and Password. I have cancelled my accommodation online by accident - what should I do? If you have accidentally cancelled your accommodation please contact the Accommodation Office by email as soon as possible, as your accommodation may be reallocated. Online paymentsI have cancelled my accommodation online but have changed my mind - what should I do? If you cancelled your allocation and now require accommodation please contact the Accommodation Office by email as soon as possible. Can I pay online if I didn't accept online? All students can pay online for their accommodation deposit and accommodation fees. I have paid online but it's not showing up when I track my application - what's happened? Once you have made your payment online it can take up to four days for this to show on your tracking webpage. |
