The ‘TOOLS4LIFE’ weekly workshop series is designed to provide participants with opportunities to explore themselves, their attitudes and relationships with a view to improving their appreciation of self, life and others and make positive changes in day-to-day living.
TOOLS4LIFE consists of 5 weekly 2 hour group meetings on Friday mornings and is designed to explore a particular topic each week (Personal Strengths, Assertiveness, Optimism, Relationships and Mindfulness) and help group members to develop practical skills.

A Meeting Place and Discussion Group for all Brunel Students
Get2gether @ Brunel is a meeting place where you can talk about life on and off campus and connect with other students.
What will be explored?: Any issue you want, such as:
- Relationships (how to be yourself when meeting others)
- Assertiveness (how to stand up for yourself
- Mindfulness (getting a handle on your thoughts)
and much more!
