Arranging your accommodation

Living on campus

On-campus accommodation is allocated once you have met all the conditions of your offer. If you have completed an online accommodation preference form, the Accomodation Office will contact you at this stage, with confirmation and details of your room on campus.

You will be sent a Tenancy Agreement which you should accept and return to the Accommodation Office along with your deposit, in order to secure your room. You can do this online, on the accommodation web pages. You must return the Agreement and pay your deposit by the deadline stated in your Tenancy Agreement - if you miss the deadline your room allocation could be cancelled.

To find out how to book your arrival slot and how to get access to your accommodation when you get to Brunel, visit the Arriving at Brunel page.

If you have not requested a room on campus and would now like to do so, please contact the Accommodation Office as soon as possible:

Living off campus

During your first year or in subsequent years, you may decide to live off-campus. There is a wide choice of housing near Brunel, and it is usually reasonably priced for the London area in 2011/12, you can expect to pay between £75 and £100 a week for a room.

Whatever you’re looking for, your first port of call should be the Housing Office, which is dedicated to students’ needs and does not charge for its services. They run a number of schemes to help you find a great place to live.
