Campus accommodation is allocated once you have met all the conditions of your course offer. If you have already completed an online accommodation application form the Accommodation Office will contact you by email once you have met the conditions of your course offer with details of your room on campus.
Most students will receive their allocation email in August. Undergraduate students will be contacted after the A-level results are released. This email will contain instructions on how to accept your Tenancy Agreement online. You will also be required to pay your £350 room deposit at the same time. These both need to be completed by the deadline date stated in your allocation email or your room offer is at risk of being cancelled.
Late arrivalsIf you wish to arrive after 23 September 2012, please complete the Late Arrivals Form. Any room found to be unoccupied seven days after the start of the Tenancy Agreement will be reallocated and the deposit retained by the University.
