Arrange your accommodation

Living on campus

New undergraduate, postgraduate, research and clearing students who have applied for accommodation; met the conditions of their course offer; and confirmed their acceptance of a place at Brunel by 31 August, will be accommodated on campus. Students who apply for accommodation after the 31 August will be allocated subject to availability. If you have completed an online application form and your application is successful, the Accommodation Centre will contact you by email at this stage with details of your room on campus.

We recommend that students apply for accommodation as early as possible as some room types are often oversubscribed.

Most students will receive an allocation email in August (undergraduate students will be contacted by email after A-level results are released). This will include instructions on how to accept your Licence Agreement online. At the same time, you will be asked to pay a £350 booking fee to secure your room offer by a stated deadline date.

You must accept the Licence Agreement and pay your booking fee by the deadline stated in the allocation email, or your room allocation would be cancelled.

Once you have accepted your Licence Agreement online you will receive an email containing your arrival instructions. This will include information such as where collect your keys and parking arrangements for arrival day.

If you have not requested a room on campus and would now like to do so, please submit an application form. You will be asked to create an account through which you will manage your accommodation throughout your studies.

To find out more about the application process and our accommodation facilities please visit accommodation at Brunel or visit the Accommodation Centre Question and Answer Centre.
