Brunel Volunteer Awards

The Brunel Volunteer Award recognises your contribution to the community and enables you to record the skills you have developed during your time as a volunteer.

The Award is a fantastic boost to the CV and could not be easier to complete. If you receive an award we will present it to you at the prestigious Brunel Volunteers Awards Ceremony in May!

If you are a full time undergraduate who has enrolled at Brunel from September 2012, your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR), a formal degree transcript that lists students’ curricular and extra-curricular achievements, will automatically include your Brunel Volunteer Award.

There are three stages to the Brunel Volunteers Award: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Bronze Award

You must have completed 25 hours of volunteering between this May to the following May next year. You also need to provide examples of two skills that you have gained through volunteering.

Silver Award

You must have completed 50 hours of volunteering between this May to the following May next year. You also need to provide examples of four skills that you have gained through volunteering.

Gold Award

You must have completed 100 hours of volunteering between this May to the following May next year. You also need to provide examples of eight skills that you have gained through volunteering.
