London Wildlife Trust- Conservation volunteer

Details of the Charity:

London Wildlife Trust is dedicated to protecting the capital's wildlife and wild spaces, engaging London's diverse communities through free access to our nature reserves, campaigning, volunteering and education.

In Hillingdon the London Wildlife Trust manages ten Nature Reserves, mostly on behalf of Hillingdon Council. The Hillingdon Group of volunteers augment the work of staff-led teams by carrying out practical   conservation work to enhance the wildlife value of the nature reserve habitats. They also take part in wildlife surveys, arrange events and when necessary campaign to protect wildlife sites.
