Catia Clarke

Catia Clarke

Lecturer in Italian

Catia studied Arts and Philosophy at the Universities of Palermo and Bologna. She has many years of teaching experience in higher and further education, both in Italy and in Britain. Catia has been teaching at Brunel University London since 2003, where she has been promoting the introduction of information technology in language teaching. Catia believes that the use of audio-visual aids encourages a better understanding of the cultural aspects of a country, bringing Italy's music, cinema and the other visual arts, architecture, cuisine and design to life in the class.
