Summary

I am Vice Dean (Research) for the College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences, and Professor of Operations Management with the Operations and Information Systems Management (OISM) research group at Brunel Business School.  I moved to Brunel in 2006, where I became Reader in Operations Management and Enterprise in 2010 and then Professor of Operations Management in 2015.  After serving as Director of Undergraduate Programmes (2006-2010), I was appinted Deputy Head for Teaching, Learning and Accreditation (2010-2015) and combined that role with directorship of the Operations and Supply Chain Systems (OASiS) Research Centre (2013-2015).  I served as Associate Head of the Brunel Business School between 2015 and 2017, and was appointed College Vice Dean in July 2017.
