Fred has been an academic staff at Brunel University Business School since October 2017. He has considerable teaching and research experience in higher education. Fred’s multi-disciplinary approach to researching sustainability, value chain management and marketing informs his teaching on subjects related with responsible business management education. His academic career is driven by a personal passion that teaching and researching sustainability and value chain and marketing can help deliver sustainable interdependence of business and society and management education. Fred has also developed an original individual and collaborative research agenda with an output that demonstrates his ability to publish in internationally-ranked, peer-reviewed journals. He is an experienced undergraduate and post-graduate research degree supervisor and examiner. He has been involved with various research projects with UK and international stakeholders in developing countries. He is an experienced curriculum development and enrichment expert. He is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK and a member of the Academy of Marketing UK. He a contributing author of ‘Developing Skills for Business Leadership’, a CIPD publication.
