Psychology is an exciting discipline at Brunel. We have been teaching psychology since the 1960s and our cutting-edge research ensures that all of our courses are up to date and relevant to a wide range of careers today and for the future.
Our academic staff are all actively engaged in research and integrate their research findings into our courses. Our courses emphasise the everyday and real-life significance of psychology and will encourage you to explore the relationship between the practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
You'll use a wide range of laboratory and technical facilities on our courses. Our facilities include a dedicated MRI scanner, an EEG (electroencephalogram) lab, portable near-infrared spectroscopy equipment, transcranial magnetic stimulation labs, a 3D body scanner, psychopysics, eye tracking and information technology resources.
