Delegates from the 4th successful ESAB “developing excellence” workshop held in the School from 12 – 16 September 2011. In October 2009, a £200+k contract for CPD was awarded to Brunel by ESAB, an international supplier of welding and cutting products. AMEE has designed a three-year CPD programme for 120 ESAB staff that facilitates a strategic shift in the mindset of their middle management from being product-centric to customer-focused.
