Summary

Antonio Vilches is a Lecturer in Electronic Engineering specialising in low power electronics and embedded systems.

Brief biography

Antonio Vilches graduated as an electronics engineer with a BEng(Hons) from Salford University in 1996. Then, following a period of research with Prof. Trevor J. Hall at King's College London, he obtained his PhD in 2004 from the Optical and Semiconductor Devices Group at Imperial College London. Antonio then became a Research Fellow at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London in 2006, supervising three PhD students and managing the EMLAB, a facility within the Institute. Antonio was appointed as Lecturer in Engineering Design at Brunel University in October 2010.
