PhD Research:
This research investigates the level of usability of Jordanian eGovernment websites from the expert and end-user perspective in order to identify the users’ requirements and needs for future systems. The research focuses on the views of the end-users as well as the professionals in charge of the development of the current state of eGovernment website usability in Jordan. In addition, the research investigates the critical dimensions affecting the successful eGovernment deployment. These factors include navigation, website appearance, customization, search tools, satisfaction and user experience.
