PhD Research:

The research objective of the DOCLab research group is the development of an automated, portable point-of-care device for the molecular detection and diagnosis of infectious organisms from crude clinical samples.

My area of research is development of microfluidic technology and molecular biological techniques to isolate and amplify pathogenic (bacterical, Viral, fungal) DNA and RNA for  quantification by integrated biosensors.
