Opening of the Brunel Motorsport Centre

New Brunel Motorsport Centre

The School of Engineering and Design launched its new, state-of-the-art Motorsport Centre this January, designed to provide our motorsport, automotive, and mechanical engineering students with some of the best university facilities in the UK.
 
The Centre, managed by technician Robert Driver, offers some of the latest testing and development equipment and unites three smaller workshops. Its opening was marked with a special event attended by students, staff and alumni, as well as guests from some of the biggest names in the automotive industry, including: Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and the Motorsport Industry Association.
