Clearing Students
We aim to accommodate the majority of Clearing applicants in campus accommodation, provided the student holds an Unconditional Firm offer with Brunel and has applied for accommodation by 1 September. Please note: that Clearing students will usually receive their room offer post 1 September. Depending on demand some Clearing students who apply later may have to wait until the start of session for a campus room. If you would like to be considered for campus accommodation you should indicate your room preference (i.e. standard or en suite) now by completing the application form at https://accom.brunel.ac.uk/apply/. You will need your student number when completing this form, and you will be required to register first with the online service before submitting the room application. You will be able to submit this form approximately 24 hours after you have been issued with your Brunel student number.
Accommodation availability for Clearing applicants is allocated on a first come first served basis, based on the date that both your room application and your unconditional offer are received by the Accommodation Office. In order for the Accommodation Office to be able to send all students their room offers quickly, please ensure you accept the room offer within the time frame given (normally 2 to 3 days) and have funds readily available to pay the £400 deposit. It is important that you complete these steps within the time frame given as this will secure your accommodation for next session.
