• All room moves or exchanges will be subject to availability and an administration charge of £25 per room/person
• Only one room move is permitted per academic year
• Cleared student account balance (ie instalments or any other accommodation related charges)
• Residences check and approval
• Rooms are taken as seen/found on day of exchange
