Deadline for co-habiting couple studio flat applications and booking fee payments for session 2013/14.

New students will be sent their Tenancy Agreements once they meet their course offer conditions. All Tenancy Agreements must be accepted and £400 (2013/14 single rooms) deposit paid by the deadline date stated on your Tenancy Agreement, otherwise your allocation will be cancelled.

Sunday 1 September 2013

Last day for new postgraduate and research students to guarantee campus accommodation if they have fully met their conditions.

Last day for all new students with a contract start date of 15 September 2013 to cancel their accommodation in writing and receive a full refund of the £400 (2013/14 single rooms)  deposit as it is 7 days prior the start of the Tenancy Agreement. 

Sunday 15 September 2013

Arrival date for new students, returning undergraduates and returning researchers living in campus accommodation. The last day of undergraduate Tenancy Agreement is TBC June 2014. The last day of postgraduate and researcher Tenancy Agreement is TBC September 2014.

Sunday 22 September 2013

Last day for students who have already accepted their Tenancy Agreement with a start date of 15 September 2013 and paid their deposit to contact the Accommodation Office in writing with details of late arrival. If no contact is made by this date the room will be re-allocated and the deposit will not be refunded.

Returning undergraduates and returning researchers will be invited to apply for campus accommodation.

Wednesday 8 January 2014

Payment date for the second instalment of accommodation fees.

TBC January 2014

Deadline for single room applications and booking fee payments for returning students.

January/February 2014

New students will receive a invite to apply for a campus room by email, if one has been supplied to the University, or post with details of how to submit your accommodation preferences online. This letter will also contain your Brunel Student Number.

 

*This does not apply to returning students who have paid a £400 (2013/14) booking fee or to studio flats (£450 for studio flats).
