The Tenancy Agreement must be accepted and £350 (2012/13) (£400 for studio flats) deposit paid by the deadline date stated on your Tenancy Agreement, otherwise your allocation will be cancelled.

Last day for new postgraduate and research students to guarantee campus accommodation if they have fully met their conditions.

Last day for all new students with a contract start date of 23 September 2012 to cancel their accommodation in writing and receive a full refund of the £350 (2012/13) (£400 for studio flats) deposit as it is 7 days prior the start of the Tenancy Agreement.

Arrival date for new students and returning researchers living in campus accommodation. The last day of undergraduate Tenancy Agreement is 31 May 2013 (incl). The last day of postgraduate Tenancy Agreement is 6 September 2013 (incl).

Arrival date for returning undergraduate students. The last day of your Tenancy Agreement is 31 May 2013 (incl) for undergraduate students. For postgraduate and research students the last day of the Tenancy Agreement is 6 September 2013.

Last day for students who have already accepted their Tenancy Agreement with a start date of 23 September 2012 and paid their deposit to contact the Accommodation Office in writing with details of late arrival. If no contact is made by this date the room will be re-allocated and the deposit will not be refunded.

New students will receive a preference letter by email if one has been supplied by the University or post with details of how to submit your accommodation preferences online. This letter will also contain your Brunel Student Number.
