2008 saw the completion of a spectacular new residential complex set in landscaped grounds at the west end of the campus. This provides 112 studio flats for couples. The accommodation is divided into 17 blocks.

Facilities
Washing machines, which are either card or coin operated, are located near each building.
Security
Entry is by swipe card. The residence has CCTV and there are regular security patrols at night.
Cleaning
Cleaning is provided in some areas in accordance with the cleaning rotas displayed in your kitchens. You will need to bring own crockery and cooking utensils. Residents are responsible for washing and storing all cooking utensils on a daily basis before 9am when our kitchen inspections start. Fresh linen is provided on arrival (except towels which you will need to bring with you).
