2008 saw the completion of a spectacular new residential complex set in landscaped grounds at the west end of the campus. This provides 112 studio flats for couples. The accommodation is divided into 17 blocks.

Entry is by swipe card. The residence has CCTV and there are regular security patrols at night.
Cleaning
Students will be required to bring their own crockery and cooking utensils. Fresh linen is provided on arrival.
