Applying during term time

If you did not apply for campus accommodation prior to the start of session but now wish to do so please note the following:

  • Our campus rooms are usually oversubscribed and therefore the Accommodation Office operates a waiting list for rooms after term has started.
  • If you would like to add your details to this waiting list please go to http://accom.brunel.ac.uk/apply.
If you have already applied for accommodation for session 2012/13 your details will automatically be placed on the term-time waiting list once session has started. You are welcome at any time to come in to the Accommodation Office to check on your progress.

You will not be required to pay a booking fees or deposit in advance however if you are offered a room you will be asked to pay a £350 deposit (12/13) (£400 13/14) and a proportion of the rent in advance depending on the date the room is available. A member of the Accommodation Office Team will confirm the amounts with you when an offer is made. Offers are made by telephone so it is important when completing your application that you provide a contact number that we are able to get through to you on easily. You will normally be asked to secure this room with the required payments the same day and the room is likely to be ready for you to move into the next day.

Offers of accommodation will be made in accordance with the Accommodation Policy. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when we will be able to offer campus rooms as we are dependent on rooms becoming available however we will contact you as soon as suitable rooms comes up.
