The Bach Compendium is now reaching its final volume. In the course of the 20 concerts, Gretel Dowdeswell has included all the major keyboard works JS Bach wrote for non-pedalboard instruments. The series concludes with the towering Goldberg Variations in Autumn 2013.

Gretel Dowdeswell has performed throughout Europe, Australia, Canada and the Far East. Her concerts have frequently been broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and she has appeared at many major European chamber music events including the Edinburgh Festival . BBC Proms Chamber Music series, the Philharmonia Chamber Music series, the Presteigne Festival and Claudio Abbado’s chamber music series in Ferrara.
